Kuils River at a glance
Saxenburg one of the newer areas in the northern suburbs, situated on the doorstep of Kuilsriver and Blackheath. Well situated as Blackheath, just off Stellenbosch Arterial, which links to the R300, and in turn links to the N1 and N2.
The area is divided into two areas, Saxenburg Park 1 and Saxenburg Park 2. The area has an added bonus, where there is security patrolling. Very modern look to the area, and highly popular among your smaller to general users/businesses. Since the area was established, the surrounding residential areas have grown leading to new developments such as the Zewenwacht shopping mall.
