In this time of lockdown Rawson Commercial wants to give you a few tips on how to make sure that you do not get infected by the Corona Virus.
COVID - 19 Preventative tips:
- Wash your hands regularly with soap, or an alcohol based hand sanitizer. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose & mouth.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
- STAY home as much as you can, only go out when you need to buy groceries.
- Avoiding unneeded visits to medical facilities allows healthcare systems to operate more effectively.
- If you have a fever, a cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Call in advance.
- Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia.
